Luva Real Estate specialises in selling and renting luxury properties in the Mediterranean market. The project aimed to create a website combining exceptional property presentation with advanced search and filtering tools, while making it easy to update and expand the listings.
The process began by analysing user needs and defining a UX strategy with clearly structured categories, fast navigation and optimised search. Particular emphasis was placed on integrating an advanced property filter, allowing users to search precisely by location, price, floor area and other criteria.
On the technical side, a framework was implemented for maximum loading speed and SEO optimisation, with content managed through a headless CMS. The system connects to an internal CRM database, enabling automatic synchronisation of new listings and updates to existing ones.
The design follows a clean, premium aesthetic, with minimalist typography and a colour palette that reflects professionalism and luxury. Large, high-resolution visuals combined with optimised compression enable fast loading without compromising quality. Responsive design ensures a seamless browsing experience on mobile devices, with all interactive elements adapted for touchscreens.
The result is a web platform that works equally well as a marketing tool and as a technically robust system for managing and presenting premium properties.
